The Wise Group is seeking a Connect Mentor to join the innovative Connect team, supporting people experiencing poverty and disadvantage. The role is primarily home-based with regular travel across Glasgow.

As a Mentor, you will engage customers through relational mentoring and structured online support, helping them identify goals and access the right resources. This position is fixed-term until 31 March 2027 and requires a passion for community support and strong digital skills.
