The Wise Group is recruiting Mentors for an exciting whole-family employability programme across West Lothian.

You will build trusted relationships, coordinate support for families and help them navigate complex systems to move toward sustainable employment.

The role supports parents facing multiple barriers and requires travel across West Lothian communities.

You’ll work in a flexible, home-based capacity with regular travel, guided by Relational Mentoring principles.
