The Winstanley School is seeking to appoint a reliable, committed and enthusiastic administrative assistant to support the Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will have good IT, communication and organisational skills and also be able to work on their own initiative.
The successful candidate will support the pastoral team and Deputy Head with the administration of the school’s behaviour system, which will involve working closely with the Lead Head of House, Assistant Head for Promoting Equity and Attendance Manager.
The Administrative Assistant role will be based at The Winstanley School, a popular and expanding 11-16 school situated in the heart of the vibrant and engaged Braunstone Town community. The Winstanley School is oversubscribed and was recognised as good by Ofsted in 2023. The candidate should be keen to promote the school’s vision to ‘Shine brighter than you thought you could’.
