Grade 8, Pay Point 15 – 18. Actual salary: £13,895- £15,072 per annum (pro rata of £28,605 - £31,029). 21 hours per week - term time plus training days.
The Winstanley School is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner. The successful candidate will support learners with their Mental Health and Well Being (MHWB) and lead MHWB interventions in school. The role will involve working with outside agencies to provide support and information about MHWB support and organising whole school activities to promote MHWB.
The candidate should be keen to promote the school’s vision to ‘Shine brighter than you thought you could’. The Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach will be based at The Winstanley School, a popular and expanding 11-16 school situated in the heart of the vibrant and engaged Braunstone Town community. The Winstanley School is oversubscribed and was recognised as good by Ofsted in 2023. The school is part of the LiFE Multi-Academy Trust of which Bosworth Academy is the lead institution.
This role offers candidates an exciting opportunity to contribute to the school’s relentless drive for excellence. You will possess a real passion for contributing to the learning of our young people and be able to promote the vision, and to live the values, of the school and the Trust.
