Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor students with social, emotional and mental health challenges through 1:1 sessions or small groups.
  • Develop strategies to improve behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation.
  • Support students in lessons and the RESET Inclusion room as part of a bespoke reintegration package.
  • Deescalate and reset behaviour, working closely with the behaviour, pastoral, SEND and wellbeing teams.
  • Adapt resources, monitor progress and promote a positive inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with SEND, mental health challenges or who have experienced trauma.
