We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support the full spectrum of human resource functions within our growing organisation.

Job Summary

The HR Executive provides operational and administrative support across human resource functions, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment administration, including job postings, interview coordination, and document preparation. Handle onboarding processes such as preparing employment documents and orientation arrangements.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases. Prepare routine HR correspondence including confirmation letters, resignation acknowledgements, and employment certifications.
  • Payroll & Leave Administration: Handle monthly payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, and claims. Coordinate with Finance on payroll-related submissions.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Assist with statutory submissions and compliance documentation. Handle audits and internal record-keeping requirements.
  • Employee Support: Respond to general employee HR queries in accordance with company policies. Coordinate administrative arrangements for employee welfare activities when required.
  • Other Duties: Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR administrative or operations experience.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
