We’re looking for an accomplished marketer who can hit the ground running and take ownership of high-profile campaigns from the outset. You’ll create relevant, engaging and commercially successful communications that deliver value for our members while contributing to the Society’s strategic objectives. You’ll bring together colleagues and partners to deliver outstanding campaigns across multiple channels, combining creativity with exceptional organisation and attention to detail. You’ll work on the campaign strategy for a range of products and propositions, confidently balancing commercial performance with our unique values and member-first approach. Just as importantly, you’ll continually look for opportunities to improve the way we work, challenge convention and raise the standard of every campaign we deliver.

The Campaigns team delivers a diverse programme of activity including:

The Campaigns team is a team of five responsible for helping develop the marketing strategy and driving its multi-channel execution to engage and delight our membership. We work closely with Buying, Merchandising, online trading and insight and the wider Marketing team, namely the Studio, Email, PR & Social, and Planning. This role is one of four Campaign Marketing Managers reporting to the Campaign Team leader.

We’re looking for someone who will become a brilliant addition to the team—bringing energy, enthusiasm and fresh thinking from day one. You’ll be an experienced marketer who can quickly build relationships, confidently take ownership of campaigns and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for wine is important. Whether your knowledge comes from years in the industry or a personal enthusiasm to learn, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to help bring exceptional wines and stories to our members.

The role is 35 Hours per week – Monday-Friday. Hybrid Working – 3 days Office / 2 days WFH.
