Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Head of Creative Arts & Performing Arts to join our Windsor College team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is offered on the Teaching Scale from T1 £31,133 up to T11 £44,841 per year plus an additional management allowance ranging from M1 £2,732 up to M3 £4,166 (dependent on skills and experience).
Based at the Windsor College campus, the primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic and creative leadership for the Creative and Performing Arts department, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and the overall student experience in line with the College’s vision and growth strategy. The postholder will inspire and lead a team of academic and technical staff, build strong partnerships with industry professionals and cultural organisations, and champion the College’s values by promoting creativity, collaboration, and professional excellence.
The role includes responsibility for the effective operational management of the department, including setting and monitoring targets, maintaining high standards of curriculum delivery and compliance, and driving innovation across creative disciplines.
