Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Caretaker to join our Windsor College Team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role pays between G17 £25,483 to £27,284 which is dependent on skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision and management of external contractors tasked with cleaning and maintenance, alongside directly supporting the Centre with porterage, deliveries, and event setups.
  • Procurement of essential stock, maintaining qualifications as a First Aider, and overseeing Health & Safety protocols, including regular inspections.
  • Routinely patrol campuses, undertake cleaning and maintenance duties, respond swiftly to emergencies, and support event logistics and security coordination.
  • Manage access to facilities by unlocking or locking them as needed, address security requirements, and handle alarm systems during emergencies.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to undertake various related tasks and occasionally provide support at other sites.
