Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach for Motor Vehicle to join the Apprenticeship team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a full time, permanent, all year round basis. This role pays from £30,763 to £33,579, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within the Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship Programme.
- Provide essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end point assessments.
- Support apprentice development throughout the year and engage with employers.
- Apply a proactive approach to delivering training in a technical environment.
