The Windsor Forest Colleges Group in Slough and Langley is seeking a Lead Learning Support Assistant to join the Foundation Department on a full-time, term-time basis. You will lead a team of LSAs, support learners with EHCPs, plan and supervise lessons, and cover planned classes in the lecturer’s absence, ensuring high standards of inclusion and progress.
You will work with tutors to adapt activities, manage registers and student records, and assist with specialist appointments and core.
