The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lead Learning Support Assistant for the Slough and Langley campus.
The role is 37 hours per week, during 38 term-time weeks, with pro-rata pay on the Support Staff scale.
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will guide fellow LSAs, support learners with a wide range of SEND needs, and lead classes when required, ensuring alignment with EHCPs and college policies.
