Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our busy HR Department until the end of October 2026. This fixed term role is full time, but we are open to considering part time arrangements with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week. The full time salary ranges from H19 £26,784 to H22 £29,487, dependent on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do
- Own It - Precisely manage payroll administrative changes using iTrent, including contractual variations and tracking staff absences.
- Close the Loop - Handle the entire leaver process, from issuing letters to finalizing annual leave calculations.
- Be the Hub - Keep our HR inbox organized and responsive, directing queries appropriately and ensuring no question goes unanswered.
- Team Coordination - Manage submissions to the Executive Team and lead any necessary follow-up actions.
- Record Keeper - Take detailed minutes during meetings and maintain personnel files in compliance with GDPR standards.
- Communications Pro - Handle calls, manage postal queries, and respond to reference requests.
- Support System - Assist our recruitment team during busy periods, managing new starter paperwork and conducting DBS checks.
- Projects - Support our HR Business Partners on various projects, demonstrating your versatility and collaborative spirit.
