The predicted salary is between 13677 - 15201 £ per year.
This part time position requires working 21 hours per week throughout the year, with the workdays set as Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. The role pays between £13,677.24 and £15,201.73 on Scale G of the Support Staff pay scale (the full time equivalent of this salary would be £24,098 to £26,784).
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in maximising student potential and achievement by providing both technical and practical support within indoor and outdoor horticulture training environments.
- Ensure high quality training sessions, safe practical delivery and successful preparation for EPA and RHS assessments.
- Prepare materials and maintain resources for practical tasks.
- Facilitate the implementation of engaging and inclusive learning activities.
- Work across all seasons and training cycles to support apprentice learning activities, plant establishment and maintenance.
