The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Engagement and Onboarding Lead to join our Greenskills Department on a fulltime basis, primarily based at Slough & Langley campus with potential work at Strode’s College Campus. The role is a fixed-term contract ending 31 July 2027 and offers progression within a green tech focused environment.
You will lead commercial engagement, pipeline conversion and Salesforce management, generate revenue from warm leads and implement outreach campaigns.
