Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join our Apprenticeships Department at our Slough & Langley campus on a full-time permanent basis. The role pays from Support Scale M38 £45,196 up to M41 £48,286, which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Are you an experienced electrical specialist and leader looking to shape the next generation of trade professionals? Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead to manage, oversee, and elevate our Electrical Apprenticeship provision at our Slough & Langley campus. As Programme Lead, you will take operational ownership of the Electrical apprenticeship provision throughout the entire learner journey. You will lead a dedicated delivery team, maintain strong employer and stakeholder relationships, and ensure our curriculum aligns directly with industry standards. Additionally, you will directly train, coach, and assess a caseload of apprentices to prepare them for successful End-Point Assessment (EPA / AM2S).
