The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join the Apprenticeships Department at the Slough & Langley campus on a full-time permanent basis.

The role oversees the electrical apprenticeship provision, guiding the learner journey and training a delivery team to prepare apprentices for EPA/AM2S.

You will maintain strong employer relationships, ensure curricula meet industry standards, and promote high-quality delivery across campuses.
