We are looking for a Minibus Driver to join our team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a part‑time, permanent basis. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with two shifts each day: an early morning session from 07:00 to 09:00 and an afternoon shift from 15:30 to 17:30. Salary pay is based on experience and qualifications. The base pay range is G16 £11,111.64 up to G19 £12,350.16 (Full‑time equivalent G16 £24,098 up to G19 £26,784).
Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff and students to various locations across the Berkshire area and the Windsor Forest Colleges Group campuses.
- Transport staff and students to and from the BCA campus daily.
- Clean the vehicles and carry out basic maintenance.
- Deliver and collect vehicles from service dealerships.
- Complete deliveries on behalf of the college.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold a valid D1 class driver’s licence.
- Desired experience driving HGV or PSV class vehicles and transporting more than seven occupants at a time.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
