Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Animal Management Lecturer to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team on a full time basis. This is a fixed term role working from May 2026 until the 30th of June 2027. The role pays from T1 £31,633 up to £45,341 dependent on experience and qualifications.
Overview
The successful applicant will possess the ability to deliver a diverse range of practical and theoretical subjects, including animal behaviour, biology, health, feeding, and accommodation, across both L2 and L3 provisions. Alongside teaching duties, you will also take on course tutorship, requiring a full commitment to supporting students throughout their college journey and into employment or further studies.

Qualifications
Ideally, you will have experience teaching and assessing with various awarding bodies, such as BTEC and City and Guilds. You should ideally hold a degree in a relevant subject area and have demonstrable experience working with animals in industry. A teaching qualification is preferred, and qualifications in assessing learning and internal verification are advantageous.
