Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lecturer in Fashion to join our Windsor College Sixth Form on a permanent part-time basis working on a 0.63 FTE for 23.5 hours per week. The salary for this role ranges from T1 £19,928.79 to T11 £28,564.83 (T1 £31,633 to £45,341 Full-time equivalent), which is dependent on skills and qualifications. The expected start date for this role is Wednesday 19th August 2026.

We are looking for a Lecturer in Fashion who can inspire students and lead the delivery of our T Level Fashion & Textiles program. You will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and effective learning, supporting students through regular assessment and the preparation of progress reports. We seek someone with industry-related experience in Fashion or Textiles and a proven track record of motivating learners to achieve high levels of retention and success. You will be passionate about developing a high-performing and supportive culture, keeping abreast of curriculum developments and maintaining professional links with industry to enhance the student experience.
