Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in English to join our Slough & Langley College team on a permanent full‑time basis. The salary range is from T1 £31,633 to T11 £45,341, depending on qualifications and experience.
As a Lecturer in English, you will deliver high‑quality English teaching at our Slough and Langley campus. Your role focuses on supporting post‑16 learners to develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, enabling successful achievement of GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications.
In partnership with Learning Support Assistants, you will create an inclusive classroom environment, adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs, use diagnostic data to identify gaps, set and monitor individual targets and deliver focused interventions to support progress. Your collaborative approach will play a key role in improving attendance, retention and achievement, enabling all learners to reach full potential.
The expected start date is Wednesday 19th August 2026. The vacancy will close on Sunday 24th May 2026.
