The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking two dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team at Slough and Langley College. These permanent roles, starting in September 2025, entail working 37 hours per week across 37 weeks (term-time only). Full working days are scheduled from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.

Learning Support Assistant

The position of Learning Support Assistant involves enabling students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.

Working under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager and Lecturers to assist with teaching, learning and associated activities in accordance with college policies, procedures and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). This may include supporting whole classes; working with individuals and small groups of learners; assisting with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities; working closely with pastoral and welfare staff in supporting students to overcome learning, physical or emotional boundaries.
