Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Production Arts to join the Berkshire College of Agriculture on a permanent part‑time (0.6) basis. The role works Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and the salary ranges from £18,979.80 (T1) to £27,204.60 (T1) based on experience, corresponding to a full‑time equivalent of £31,633 to £45,341.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high‑quality, engaging teaching and inspire student growth.
- Design dynamic lessons, monitor student progress through Individual Learning Plans, and guide assessment.
- Support hands‑on learning including drilling, sawing and use of specialist equipment.
- Create, mark and assess the Level 2 Production Arts UAL course, leading the design of assignment briefs.
- Maintain a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or substantial industry experience in Production Arts.
- Teaching qualification, or intent to obtain one.
- Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
- Proven teaching experience with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
