The Windsor Forest Colleges Group invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant. The role is 37 hours per week across 37 term-time weeks, with a pro-rata salary on Scale G (£21,166.19 to £22,662.10; FTE £25,483 to £27,284). Reporting to Heads of Department, you will support classes, groups or individuals in line with EHCPs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, delivery, and evaluation of activities
  • Assisting with literacy, numeracy and ICT development
  • Maintaining records
