Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a part-time Facilities and Client Services Administrator to join our Estates team, working 10 hours per week on an all-year-round contract. The role is primarily based at Berkshire College of Agriculture, with travel to Slough & Langley College as required. This role pays a salary from £7,374.05 up to £8,104.59 per annum, with the full-time equivalent salary being £27,284 – £29,987 per annum, which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

We can offer flexibility around the hours worked; however, the successful candidate must be able to work 2 hours a day, Monday to Friday. If you are only available to work specific hours each day, please specify this within your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of facilities services across the College.
  • Act as the key operational link between the College, contractors and internal departments, coordinating a range of facilities management services to ensure they are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Organise contractor visits and support commercial lettings.
  • Coordinate operational activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Estates, Health & Safety and the Commercial team to help coordinate contractor activities and support the delivery of facilities services.
  • Assist with purchasing, service contract administration, planned activities and maintaining operational documentation.

We are looking for an organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will have experience of coordinating multiple tasks, working with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining accurate records, together with the ability to work independently and build positive working relationships.
