Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Teacher of Business Marketing with Travel & Tourism to join Strode’s College team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role pays from T1 £31,633 up to T11 £45,341, dependent on experience and qualifications. The expected start date is Wednesday, 19th August 2026. Please note the vacancy will close on Sunday, 24th May 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Key member of Business, IT and Economics department, delivering a teaching programme for Business and Marketing.
  • Design and implement effective teaching and learning strategies, ensuring curriculum development and assessment requirements are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate data, including progress reports and examination results, using these systems to improve student retention and achievement.
  • Lead and inspire students, support personal development through extra‑mural activities and pastoral support.
  • Develop a high‑performing culture, building links with industry and commerce, and uphold the College’s core values of equality, safeguarding and professional excellence.

Qualifications

  • Appropriate Degree and a teaching qualification.
  • Significant experience in teaching Level 3 courses, particularly T‑Levels or Travel and Tourism.
  • Passionate about developing a high‑performing culture and industry links.
