Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of our department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team as we continue to grow and deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of commercial operations, particularly focusing on windows and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing. * Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. * Collaborate closely with Surveyors and Sales personnel to oversee domestic projects on-site and manage office-based work. * Utilize your knowledge of Aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite products to guide project execution and decision-making. * Ensure compliance with general building practices and health and safety regulations. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience in commercial management within the construction or building industries. * Strong background in window and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing. * Sound knowledge of Aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite materials. * Familiarity with project management methodologies. * Previous experience in health and safety roles or relevant qualifications is a bonus. * Excellent communication and man management skills. * Self-motivated and commercially aware
