For Companies Little Haven is a home for 41 residents and is situated just a short stroll from the village of Dibden Purlieu, within easy reach of Hythe and its ferry crossing to Southampton. The home is split over three floors with lift access to each floor. The en-suite rooms are all light, airy and benefit from stunning views of the gardens, an acre of wood and terraced gardens.
Everwood is a charity that exists solely to provide high-quality care for older people in our community. We offer nursing and residential care at Little Haven and at our sister home Heartland Manor we offer dementia and residential care.
About You
Do you have a positive, caring attitude and a passion for making a difference? Do you have experience of leading a team? Do you have a hands-on approach to your work? Are you organised, hard-working, compassionate, with good interaction skills, attention to detail and a can-do attitude?
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Senior Health Care Assistants. You need to have experience of leading a team and being able to prioritise your work, while ensuring our residents receive the respect and attention they deserve at all times through our person-centred care at our homes.
