Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented, weekend bar staff member to join our team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, great customer service, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and offer a hospitable experience for the entirety of their stay.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point‑of‑sale system.
  • Take food and drink orders confidently.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Keep up to date with knowledge and understanding of menu changes.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with bar tending is beneficial
  • Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable
