Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented, weekend bar staff member to join our team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer a hospitable experience for the entirety of their stay.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Take food and drink orders confidently.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Keep up to date with knowledge and understanding of menu changes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus
- Familiarity with bar tending is beneficial
- Understanding of food safety regulations is desirable
