We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our care home and drive outstanding standards.
About the Role
- Take full responsibility for the leadership, performance, and regulatory compliance of the home.
- Lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Maintain and improve quality, safety, and care delivery.
