About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, performance, and regulatory compliance of the home. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Maintain and improve quality, safety, and care delivery
- Manage budgets and control costs effectively

Skills, Experience & Abilities Required
