Registered Manager
Lead. Inspire. Transform Lives.
Are you ready to lead services where your ideas, your leadership and your passion can genuinely change lives?
We’re looking for an ambitious, compassionate and forward-thinking Registered Manager to lead our residential services and help create environments where people are supported to live life on their own terms.
This role will involve travel across Yorkshire, supporting and overseeing services across the region. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling between locations and working flexibly to meet the needs of the services and the people we support.
This isn’t simply a management role.
It’s an opportunity to build exceptional teams, shape outstanding services and make a lasting difference to the people we support.
If you’re a leader who believes great care is about more than meeting standards — it’s about creating Extraordinary Lives — we want to hear from you.
Your Opportunity
As our Registered Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop up to two residential services, creating a culture where people feel valued, empowered and able to achieve their goals.
You’ll be trusted to bring your experience, ideas and leadership style to the role, while working with colleagues, families and professionals to continually raise the bar.
You will:
-
Hold CQC registration for up to two residential services and maintain a minimum ‘Good’ rating.
-
Build and lead high-performing teams who deliver outstanding, personalised support.
-
Create a culture where innovation, creativity and continuous improvement are encouraged.
-
Use data, insight and technology to understand performance, manage risk and improve outcomes.
-
Take responsibility for the effective financial and operational management of your services.
-
Build strong partnerships with families, commissioners, professionals and the wider community.
-
Coach, mentor and develop colleagues, helping them reach their potential.
-
Embrace digital innovation and modern approaches to care and support.
-
Champion safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory excellence.
-
Travel across Yorkshire to provide effective leadership and oversight across services.
The Leader We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can combine heart with leadership and compassion with operational excellence.
You’ll ideally have:
-
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to achieve this within 18 months.
-
Experience managing residential or supported living services.
-
Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and adult social care legislation.
-
Experience supporting people with disabilities, autism and complex needs.
-
A proven ability to lead, inspire, coach and develop teams.
-
Strong financial, operational and performance-management skills.
-
Confidence using digital systems, Microsoft Office, Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
-
The ability and willingness to travel across Yorkshire as part of the role.
-
The ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of people and organisations.
What Will Make You Stand Out?
You’re someone who:
-
Puts people first and genuinely cares about the difference great support can make.
-
Inspires others and creates teams people want to be part of.
-
Thinks differently and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
-
Takes ownership and turns ideas into action.
-
Strives for excellence, never settling for “good enough”.
-
Believes in potential — both in the people we support and the colleagues you lead.
- Champions inclusion, independence and choice.
-
Loves learning and is excited by new ideas, technology and better ways of working.
Why Join Us?
Because you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark.
You’ll be joining an organisation that believes exceptional services are built by exceptional people — people who are supported, developed and trusted to make a difference.
We’re committed to:
- Putting people at the heart of everything we do
- Building respectful, inclusive and supportive relationships
