Service Manager supported living for adults with learning disabilities. Are you looking for a management position where you can make a difference to the lives of the people we care for? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join us.

Across the region we support individuals to live inclusive and fulfilling lives both at home and within their community through Active Support. Key aspects of this role are to help shape and deliver the strategy in your areas of influence and across the wider Trust.

Great care is dependent on a great team, so you'll have strong leadership and coaching skills along with a desire to help develop your team and support progression. You'll have the passion for supporting individuals to live their best possible lives with a strong commitment to Equality, Diversion and Inclusion.
