About the Role
We are seeking Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, 1:1 support for three individuals with complex care needs. Each person requires full support in all aspects of daily life, making this a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Shift Patterns:
- Days
- Nights
- Sleeps
- Waking nights
- Every other weekend
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence support
- Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
- Monitor, record, and administer medication safely
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
- Support and accompany individuals to activities such as cinema trips, shopping, eating out, arts and crafts, and swimming
- Follow and adapt communication methods to suit each individual's unique style
About You
- Kind, compassionate, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for complex care
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work varied shifts including days, nights, sleeps, waking nights, and every other weekend
- Effective communicator who can use a variety of communication tools and follow the individual's lead
- Willing to learn, develop, and grow within a specialist care environment
