About the Role

We are seeking Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, 1:1 support for three individuals with complex care needs. Each person requires full support in all aspects of daily life, making this a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Shift Patterns:

  • Days
  • Nights
  • Sleeps
  • Waking nights
  • Every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence support
  • Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
  • Monitor, record, and administer medication safely
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
  • Support and accompany individuals to activities such as cinema trips, shopping, eating out, arts and crafts, and swimming
  • Follow and adapt communication methods to suit each individual's unique style

  • Kind, compassionate, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for complex care
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work varied shifts including days, nights, sleeps, waking nights, and every other weekend
  • Effective communicator who can use a variety of communication tools and follow the individual's lead
  • Willing to learn, develop, and grow within a specialist care environment
