About the Role
At the core of our mission is enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. No two days are the same; you will support clients through socialising, community activities, personal care, life‑skills, and individualized support plans.
Responsibilities
- Socialise with clients and encourage participation in community or hobby activities.
- Provide physical support, including household tasks and personal care.
- Assist with life‑skills such as shopping, money management, and daily planning.
- Deliver individualised support plans and ensure they are implemented.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Commitment to safeguarding and safeguarding practices for adults and children.
- Clean criminal record and ability to pass DBS and other pre‑employment checks.
