About the Role

At the core of our mission is enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. No two days are the same; you will support clients through socialising, community activities, personal care, life‑skills, and individualized support plans.

Responsibilities

  • Socialise with clients and encourage participation in community or hobby activities.
  • Provide physical support, including household tasks and personal care.
  • Assist with life‑skills such as shopping, money management, and daily planning.
  • Deliver individualised support plans and ensure they are implemented.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
  • Commitment to safeguarding and safeguarding practices for adults and children.
  • Clean criminal record and ability to pass DBS and other pre‑employment checks.
  • Values such as kindness, compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a difference.
