The Wilf Ward Family Trust is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to become the go-to expert in our new electronic rostering system, rollout and best practice across services. You’ll partner with Operational, Digital, Finance and People teams to build compliant, efficient rosters that meet commissioned hours and maximise productive support time.
You will deliver training, develop planning standards, publish rosters 12 weeks in advance, and produce insights for senior leaders to drive.
