Are you an experienced, values-led leader passionate about delivering person-centred care? We're looking for a Service Manager to lead and inspire teams across our Harrogate services, ensuring high-quality, innovative support for individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of services, promoting a positive culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and digital engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real difference to people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, develop and motivate teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred support
- Ensure services meet all regulatory and contractual standards
- Use data to drive service improvements and champion digital solutions
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and professionals
- NVQ Level 3 (essential) and willingness to complete Level 5
- Experience in a social care management role
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and sector best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
