We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential service, champion exceptional support, and create a culture where people are empowered to live extraordinary lives.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Ensuring excellent CQC compliance and service quality.
- Promoting person-centred support, active citizenship and inclusion.
- Driving continuous improvement through data, KPIs and effective practice.
- Managing budgets, resources and workforce performance.
- Building strong relationships with families, commissioners and external partners.
A confident and emotionally intelligent leader with experience in social care, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a commitment to supporting people with disabilities and/or complex needs. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
