At The Wilf Ward Family Trust, we're looking for a Regional Operations Lead to lead and develop our Complex Care services across Yorkshire. This is a unique opportunity to drive quality, innovation, and growth while ensuring the people we support live extraordinary lives.
About the Role
You’ll provide leadership across a portfolio of Complex Care services, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex health needs, and behaviours of concern. You’ll work closely with Service Managers to ensure services are safe, compliant, person-centred, and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading high-performing teams across multiple services.
- Holding CQC Registration for up to two residential services and maintaining strong compliance standards.
- Driving innovation, quality improvement, and digital transformation.
- Coaching and mentoring Service Managers to build capability and confidence.
- Using data and insight to improve operational and financial performance.
- Developing stakeholder relationships and supporting strategic growth opportunities across the region.
About You
- Experienced leader within Complex Care, Learning Disability, Autism, or Adult Social Care services.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred support.
- Passionate about developing people and creating positive cultures.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and performance.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve it.
