As part of our leadership team, youll help deliver on our bold vision: empowering individuals to live rich, independent lives, supported by a confident and skilled workforce. This is your chance to shape how care is delivered across Yorkshire – driving innovation, leading digital transformation, and ensuring our services exceed regulatory expectations.
The role will include holding a registration for the Supported Living Registration
In this role, you will:

Inspire and lead service teams with a strong culture of accountability and support

Develop and expand our presence across the region

Drive data-informed improvements and digital-first approaches

Collaborate across teams to align strategy and service delivery
Were looking for someone who:

Holds (or is working toward) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care

Has strong experience supporting people with disabilities and/or autism

Knows the care sector inside-out, from compliance and contracts to innovation and community connection

Thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery
