Part time Support Worker needed: Are you a kind, compassionate and outgoing individual seeking a role where you can make a true meaningful impact on someone\’s life? If so, please read on. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team across the Norton Cluster. This is a part time role including weekdays, evenings, weekends and sleepovers. Working as a Support Worker means no two days are the same, which is what makes the role exciting! It encompasses a range of day to day activities dependent on the individual\’s needs, including:

  • Being up for an adventure and a challenge
  • Fulfilling the individual’s dreams and wishes
  • Having the enthusiasm and passion to care about the individual’s needs and making a positive impact on their lives

We have a fantastic training programme that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role. What we do need is someone with a compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
