Shift Patterns Our services operate 24 hours a day, so shifts may include: Day shifts Night shifts Weekend working Sleep-in shifts You'll have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your availability.
As a Relief Support Worker, You
Will: Support people with everyday living tasks, including cooking, cleaning and shopping Assist with managing finances, medication and healthcare appointments Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities and the local community Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals Build meaningful, trusting relationships while providing emotional support Deliver high-quality, person-centred support for people with complex needs About the People You'll Support The gentlemen we support enjoy a wide range of activities both at home and in their local communities.
