The Role: IT TECHNICIAN

This isn’t your typical “reset-password-all-day” kind of job. As part of our dynamic IT Service Team, you’ll be the go-to tech expert keeping our digital systems running smoothly across the Trust. From setting up devices to supporting digital innovation projects, your work will empower our frontline staff to deliver exceptional care to those who need it most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Solving real tech issues quickly and effectively

Communicating clearly (yes, even with the non-techies!)

*

Managing Microsoft 365 environments like a pro

*

Deploying new tech and keeping our systems modern and secure

*

Supporting exciting digital projects and helping drive innovation

*

Building documentation that makes everyone’s lives easier

*

Evaluating new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve

You’ll Need:

Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.

*

Windows 10/11 support skills in a modern, cloud-first environment

*

A knack for communicating with everyone from execs to end users

*

Problem-solving superpowers

*

A full UK driving license (you’ll be visiting sites across the Trust)

Bonus Points for:

A degree (or equivalent experience)

Experience with smart device deployment (Android especially)

Networking know-how (routers, firewalls, access points)
