Join Our Team as a Domestic Assistant and Make a Difference Every Day! Sherburn House is a complex care service operating 24/7, supporting people with profound learning disabilities and complex physical health needs. We currently have 3 lovely ladies and 6 fantastic gentlemen living with us, ranging from 19‑60 years old.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and offices according to daily schedules.
- Perform deep‑cleaning tasks as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored appropriately.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including infection control standards.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, staff, and visitors.
What You’ll Bring
