Working as a Support Worker means no two days are ever the same. You'll be part of a warm, welcoming team at our registered support service in Market Weighton, just outside the town centre. Whether you're experienced or new to care, our excellent training programme will give you all the skills and confidence you need to succeed.

This role involves a flexible rota, which can look like:

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Weekend working

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Encourage participation in social and community activities
  • Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals
  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships and provide emotional support
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs
