If you're someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping people live life to the fullest, this could be the perfect role for you.About the RoleYou'll be supporting the ladies to live fulfilling, independent lives while encouraging them to make their own choices every day.No two shifts are the same. One day you could be supporting someone to attend their favourite day service, enjoying a trip to the cinema, stopping for coffee at a local café, or heading out shopping. Another day might involve helping someone prepare a meal, supporting with household tasks, or simply spending time chatting over a cup of tea.Each of the ladies has her own vehicle, so a full UK driving licence is essential .
