We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our vibrant bar and grill team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the bar and grill
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring smooth service and teamwork
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock control efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Contribute to scheduling, payroll, and performance management processes
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain quality standards and timely service
- Drive sales and profitability through excellent service and operational efficiency
- Uphold a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand's values and enhances guest loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety, licensing laws, and best practices in hospitality operations
