LEXI Finance — Real Estate Debt Advisory in Covent Garden, London is seeking an Associate.

You will run live transactions (£2m–£50m), deal directly with clients and lenders, and work with the founding directors day-to-day—learning how deals are originated, structured and closed from the people doing it.

Progression to Senior Associate typically within 18–24 months, with mentorship from the directors.
