Have you launched a show we’ve all heard of? Do you see a podcast as a content engine that lives and breathes in both audio and video and across all channels? Can you make senior clients feel like they’re in the best hands in the business, and inspire a team to make the best work of their careers? Yes. Yes. And Yes? Then get in touch.

Fresh Air are the leading podcast agency for brands, and we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Producer to fill some big shoes as maternity leave cover from October. Not only are we a brilliant team and a Sunday Times Best Place to Work, but we are also the Best Agency for Advertisers and Best Corporate Storytellers and our portfolio spans some of the world’s biggest brands.

We're looking for an experienced Executive Producer who wants to bring every tool in their creative and strategic arsenal to the evolving podcast landscape. We want someone who’s passionate about helping a brand identify and tell the stories only they can, and who can inspire and empower producers to bring those stories to life with care and craft. You’ll constantly be looking for ways to evolve and strengthen a client's content ecosystem with podcasting at its core.

You’re the person who breaks new ground - the one who has the idea that everybody else wishes had been theirs. Experience in tech and/or science communication is a bonus, but it’s not the most important qualification. We’re much more interested in someone who brings passion, purpose, tenacity, exceptional client management and communication skills, and a desire to ‘muck in’. If you're the kind of person who refuses to settle for 'good enough' and is excited by the opportunity to create category-defining work, we'd love to hear from you.
