Citizens Advice is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to shape the organisation and network for the future. Working with the CEO, Executive Team and Trustees, the COO will lead a broad portfolio spanning Strategy and Impact, Finance and Corporate Services, People, Equity and Belonging, and Organisational Design and Development.
You will strengthen effectiveness across the system, connect strategy with delivery, and create conditions for the national body and local Citizens Advice charities.
